I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were modern and had an amazing view, but there were some small wear and tear marks that surprised me for a four-star hotel. On the bright side, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel at home. The location was excellent, despite some nearby construction, with easy access to my favorite spots in Chicago. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially at the Concierge Lounge, though there were minor issues with maneuvering around the hotel due to the service areas. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.

My stay at the Hotel Chicago, Autograph Collection, by Marriott was fantastic! The rooms were nicely cleaned and restocked with fresh towels daily, and the staff was extremely friendly. However, there weren't many seating options in the room aside from an office chair and one additional chair. The service provided by every staff member was top-notch, with everyone being courteous, attentive, and prompt. The location couldn't have been better, as it was convenient to all the Chicago sites, close to various restaurants, and right in the heart of the city. Overall, a memorable stay with minor drawbacks.
